WooHoo – it's here…our video of Tuscaloosa tornado cleanup efforts…

Nearly a month ago, our family spent 2 weeks near Tuscaloosa so that Vaughn, Eli, Beth, and Jake could volunteer to help build houses for those whose homes were damaged by the tornado that hit Tuscaloosa nearly a year ago.  It was an incredible opportunity for our family.
Eli made a little slideshow of some of the photos that he took while there…

he would love some feedback on what you think  :)

  2. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! Great job. Everything was put together suberbly, Eli! Your choice of music and even the speed of each slide, was thoughtfully produced. Great job!

  3. I was so touched by this presentation. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I can’t wait to get on the road and participate in a building ministry (my husband and my plan within the next 2 years).

  4. Hey guys! Don’t know if you remember me or not, but I worked with Beth, Jacob, and Eli on the first week at Samaritan’s Purse. Awesome job on the video, Eli! Glad to see you guys were able to put the roof on (even though I didn’t get to be there… :( If you ever manage to make it down to Georgia next year, there’s plenty of stuff to see here! :)

  5. Nice job Eli. Very moving and a concise glimpse of what a rebuild looks like. Love the dedication at the end. There is always a greater purpose than just building something.
